Bethel No. 5 of Davenport offers a welcoming, family-oriented environment where girls ages 10–20 can build confidence, develop leadership skills, make lasting friendships, and serve their community.

A Safe and Supportive Community

Our members are surrounded by caring adult mentors, volunteers, and families who encourage kindness, respect, responsibility, and personal growth. Activities are designed to help girls feel comfortable being themselves while learning to work with others and take on new challenges.

Leadership and Life Skills

Job’s Daughters gives girls meaningful opportunities to lead. Members can help plan activities, participate in ceremonies, speak in front of others, organize service projects, and hold leadership roles within the Bethel. These experiences build communication, teamwork, organization, and self-confidence—skills that can benefit them at school, at work, and throughout life.

Friendship, Fun, and Service

There is much more to Bethel life than meetings. Members enjoy social activities, special events, traditions, and opportunities to connect with other Job’s Daughters locally and around the world. Community service is also an important part of our mission, including support for the HIKE Fund and its work helping children with hearing needs.
